Congress party to challenge Supreme Court’s decision that Mosque isn’t necessary for Namaz as the decision is Anti Islamic.

Delhi: India’s biggest Muslim Party Congress is all set to challenge Supreme Court’s decision that Mosque isn’t necessary for Namaz as the decision is Anti Islamic.

This was announced by Senior Congress leader and Supreme Court lawyer soon after a bench of 3 judges headed by CJI Dipak Misra announced the judgement that Mosque wasn’t necessary part of offering Namaz and this issue need not be passed on bench of 7 judges.

This decision is being seen as big blow to Congress Party who had promised Muslims to build Babri Masjid at the same place which Hindutva Terrorists claims to be birthplace of Lord Ram.

Our Party members offer Namaz in Masjid only. We stand by Muslims in these times of injustice. Our party promises that when Rahul ji becomes PM in 2019, we will construct Masjid from the same stones that Hindutvawadi Kar-Sewaks have kept for building Ram mandir.’
